New Balance’s 550 first released at the tail end of 2020 as part of a sought-after collaboration, and soon became a favourite amongst streetwear and basketball enthusiasts. Unsurprisingly, then, the mainline releases continue this season, as this pair shows.

They’re a contemporary version of the archival P550 sneaker from ‘89, with white leather and vibrant yellow accents throughout that certainly would’ve fit right in during that era. Even the chunky rubber sole is two-tone, as well, to really drive home that classic, court-focused look.
